Todd Klippenstein

For over forty years, Todd Klippenstein has dedicated his life to the pursuit of artistic expression, blending the rugged influences of his South Dakota ranching roots with the profound creative energy of the American Southwest. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Todd works as a multidisciplinary artist, masterfully navigating the worlds of fine art, sculpture, and jewelry design.

Todd’s work is characterized by its layered symbolism and emotional depth. Whether through his vibrant, abstract angel paintings,  or his carefully curated sculptured jewelry. He strives to create pieces that resonate on a personal, meditative level for the viewer. His jewelry designs are a testament to this philosophy of connection.  Much of his turquoise he  mined and shaped:  honoring the deep, centuries-old history of the region’s volcanic hills. Always, maintaining a meaningful "circle of continuity" with the ancient traditions and the modern movements of the now.
